Mailing List Integrations

I've recently made some upgrades for our websites' contact forms and mailing list integrations, including the following:

• I added a new admin tab at Mail > Mailing List. All mailing list related features (such as embedded subscribe forms) have been consolidated and moved here.
• On that page I've added a new input field for Pop-up signup forms, which is more intuitive than where this code was pasted previously.
• I developed a neat little feature to include a Subscribe checkbox in the contact form on the Contact page. (See an example on my photography website contact page here). This makes it super easy and streamlined for people to join your mailing list by simply clicking a checkbox as they are sending their message to you. This feature is available with built-in API integrations for four popular mailing list services: Mailchimp, MailerLite, Campaign Monitor, and EmailOctopus.
• I've written comprehensive configuration instructions for all four of those services.
